The 2.0 is the culmination of many years of racing and development experience at Bacchetta. The molded carbon fiber main frame is optimized for stiffness and torsional rigidity. The last thing you want as you are pounding up that climb is for your bike to be twisting underneath you with each pedal stroke. With its beautiful, oversized chainstays, this frame provides rigidity right where you need it, without giving you a harsh ride.
The Carbon Aero 2.0 was just ridden to victory at the Furnace Creek 508, setting the women's solo recument record. At the 2011 Sebring 24-hour Challenge, the Carbon Aero 2.0 took the top three spots overall! Carbon Aero's were raced by two members of the Bent Up Cycles RAAM 4-man team in 2010.
